Onsite Recalibration

Conzerv now provides onsite recalibration of the following range of products
DM 32 series, DM 52 series, ELF series, Powermax EM6400 series and EM 3000 series (Accuracy Class 1.0)

Post-sales & Service support

  • Meter receipt for defect rectification, calibration/re-calibration and spec change
  • Complaints / meters acknowledgement sent with in 24 hours from time of receipt
  • Investigation and defect rectification
  • Estimate sent to customer for payment processing for out-of-warranty meters or other faults not covered in our Warranty Clause
  • Meters returned after defect rectification, calibration/re-calibration and spec change within 4-7 working days
  • Root Cause Analysis for prevention of failures
