These teams, divided into two groups - product & support teams, have clearly defined responsibilities and goals. Led by a Team Leader, each team comprises of energy specialists and engineers who work incessantly towards making products better and more efficient.

Product Teams

Explorers : Members of this team traverse the entire energy industry, and look for new opportunities to develop better technologies.

Pioneers : This team's core function is to take existing mainstream products, and design variants of the same by adapting them to the latest energy management techniques.

Creators : They create new product ideas, and engineer them for real-world applications, thus enabling product diversification. They are also responsible for re-engineering old products to meet the latest requirements and specifications.

Support Teams

Inventors : Extensive research on new technologies and thus providing the building blocks for the products team is their core area of operation.

Validators : They ensure that all the required specifications are covered in the design input and the design output meets the all those specifications, conforming to relevant standards, before the product is released for production.
