Hi, I am Pradeep, I work as a Country Manager in Indonesia.

I joined Conzerv on 1st May 1999 as an operator on the shop floor. At that time I was desperately looking for a job and Conzerv gave me the break I was looking for. In December 1999, I was given an opportunity to work in the Marketing support department. In the 3 years I worked in this department, I learnt crucial aspects of marketing support like organizing exhibitions, stores, handling publicity & promotion activities etc.

I later moved to sales, since then there has been no looking back, being a fresher in this field, all my bosses gave me ample product training and instilled in me a sense of confidence that no target is too high to achieve.

In 2005, I was given an opportunity for an international posting in Indonesia, breaking into this market has been tough, but I think where there is no pain there can be no gain.

If you ask me what makes Conzerv unique the answer is, the management at Conzerv places a lot of trust in its employees, it is this trust that manifests itself into the opportunities each employee gets. At Conzerv people are given such varied opportunities to excel, for me my journey at Conzerv began 6 years ago on the shop floor and today I am the country manager at Indonesia.

My message to all the new joinees is, if you are hard working, talanted and have the urge to excel in your life, you are working in the right organisation. Believe me, your efforts will never go un-noticed in Conzerv.”
