• Picnics to nearby getaways organized regularly
• Annual Day Celebrations which includes an awards ceremony and a day outing
• Each employee's birthday celebrated at the company with a lot of fanfare
• Get-togethers with team members from other regional offices when they are in Bangalore
• Induction program includes outdoor activities like a day at the movies etc.
• Sports Day organized regularly

In addition to these, we have created internal teams for specific functions: the Savera team which propagates and encourages freedom of expression through various informal meets; and the Ideas team which, as the name suggests, continuously works on ideas to make the Conzerv a fun workplace.
