Beyond Work

The energy, vibrancy, and camaraderie spills over beyond the Conzerv premises - and into the life of the team members. Getting into the "all-play-no-work" mode, we organize extra curricular activities that allow the employees to let their hair down and get away from it all once in a while.

These include:

Picnics to nearby getaways organized regularly
Annual Day Celebrations which includes an awards ceremony and a day outing
Birthday and anniversary celebrations for each employee

In addition to these, we have created internal teams for specific functions: the Savera team which propagates and encourages freedom of expression through various informal meets; and the Innovations team which, as the name suggests, continuously works on ideas to make the Conzerv a fun workplace.
