Our ‘Program for Excellence Step-by-Step’ has initiatives like Workclean, Worksmart, FASTRACK, Management Policy Flow, UTOPIAS (Use of Tools for problem Identification and Solving) and ASIST (Aligned and Structured Improvement System by Teams) at various stages of implementation – and driven across the organization by trained champions, the QA department and reputed external consultants.

All suppliers are selected, evaluated, re-evaluated and approved / self-certified based on stringent Quality Assurance procedures to ensure all our state-of-the art products are manufactured to perfection.

In the rare event of a customer complaint, each complaint goes through a problem-solving process whereby root causes are analyzed, corrective actions are identified and implemented, process investigations for potential defects are carried out to arrive at preventive measures, and the learning from each customer complaint are imbibed and shared.
