3.0        What is the Standard Operating Voltage?
3.1       415-440 Volts, 50 Hertz. Optionally, we can also supply 480 Volts, 520Volts,              550 Volts Cylindrical Heavy Duty Capacitors at a special price.

5.0        How much current can each KVAr deliver?
5.1       Each KVAr of Capacitor will deliver-
                   o       1.4 Amps at 400-415 Volts
                   o       1.3 Amps at 440 Volts

6.0        How do I decide my kVAR requirement?
6.1       To decide the kVAR requirement, one must keep in mind the following
             ·        System PF at full load
             ·        Desired PF
             ·        Type of PF compensation required i.e., Centralization or Decentralization.                       Centralization is total PF compensation and Decentralization means                       individual load PF compensation  

7.0        Can Capacitors be used under Harmonic conditions?
7.1       Yes. It depends upon the type of Capacitor used. If harmonics content in THD              is more than 20% then contact us

8.0        What is the delivery time?
8.1       On availability of stocks the product can be dispatched within 2 - 3 days from              the receipt of the technically and commercially cleared PO. Otherwise, it will              take about 4 - 6 weeks.

9.0        What are the advantages of these Capacitors?
             o       Longer life.
             o       Very compact hence reduces the panel size.
             o      Very easy to connect & disconnect because it has movable terminal                       block for connection of 3 Phase Voltage (cylindrical, heavy duty).
             o      Very easy to mount inside the panel because it has one centralised bolt                       at the bottom that firmly holds the Capacitor.             
             o       It is suitable even for filter panels for harmonic observation.
             o      Because of longer life and high quality it ensures constant improvement                       of system Power Factor.

10.0        Do you supply HT Capacitors?
10.1       Yes, we can supply HT Capacitors.

11.0        What are the voltage ranges available for HT Capacitors?
11.1       We can supply any voltage rating for HT Capacitors.

12.0        What type of Capacitors are available for HT applications?
12.1       Star connected 3 Phase HT Capacitors are available. We can also supply                 single phase HT prismatic type Capacitors.

13.0        How do I connect to a HT Capacitor?
13.1       To connect HT Capacitors it is necessary to use Breaker or Vacuum                 Contactors.

14.0        Do you supply vacuum contactors to connect HT Capacitors?
14.1       Yes, we can supply vacuum contactors to connect HT Capacitors but not                 breakers.

15.0        What is the delivery period for HT Capacitors?
15.1       The delivery period is 4-6 weeks.

16.0        Do you supply the complete Capacitor panel?
16.1       Yes, we do supply the Power Factor Panel. Please refer our catalogue on PFI                 panel for more information or contact Conzerv.

17.0        What do you mean by Factory Ganged?
17.1       In case the customer requires more than 25kVAR as a single unit, then we                can assemble to different rating of Capacitors with the help of bus bar and                house it in a single enclosure. E.g., 40kVAR (20*2)
